The staff were AMAZING! They were professional and friendly. The garden-like hotel was beautiful, with clean and charming rooms.

The room was quite small. there was no window facing the outside. Overall I found this slightly disappointing.

i found the staff quite helpful. they arranged a tour guide for me and that worked out really well. the live music in the courtyard was also nice (i especially liked the guitarist).

my room was a bit small. i also noticed there wasn't a window facing the outside in my room. these aspects weren't ideal for the price i paid.

Really good Stay in a Boutique Retreat

The building showcases historic charm, which greatly added to the stay. The interior courtyard was gorgeous (I enjoyed breakfast there). The location is near the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. The rooftop offers views of the city.
